Supreme Court Judges Voluntary Assets Declaration

Hon. Supreme Court Judges have led by example ,and have voluntarily disclosed their assets both movable and immovable including liabilities , and the same is posted on the Supreme Court website and any body can see it.
The Judges of various High Courts in India are bound to fall in line and post their assets on their respective High Court websites.Some of the High Courts have already taken the lead and others are soon to fall in line. Other Hon'ble and respected Constitutional Heads the message is clear and loud.

Sad Demise of Smt Huma Akram

I pay my respect to the departed soul Smt Huma Akram wife of Janab Wasim Akram ex cricket captain of Pakistan. She died of cardiac arrest, at Apollo Hospital, Chennai, on 25.10.09 and she was suffering from multiple organ failure

Congress Chief Ministers

On Sunday , Dorjee Khandu began his second innings as chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh. Governor Gen (retd) JJ Singh administered the oath of office after a Congress Legislature Party met in Itanagar the state capital and thereby nominated him.
Likewise Bhupinder Singh Hooda was sworn in as Haryana's Chief Minister for a second consecutive term on Sunday. Governor Jagannath Pahadia administered the oath of office and secrecy to Sr B.Hooda in a ceremony held at the Haryana Raj Bhavan.
And in all likelihood Sri Ashok Chauhan will be adminstered oath of Office as Chief Minister of Maharastra as the Congress Legislative Party has given full authroity to Ms Sonia GAndhi Chairperson of Indian Natonal Congress and she has already declared him the Probable.

An Apology by Karan Johar Producer of Wake UP SID, on being threat end by Raj Thackery and his goons ,of pulling down the film from Cinema Houses and Multiplexes for pronouncing Mumbai by its old name Bombay. It is purely a business compulsion as crores of rupees are at stake.Raj May feel elate for a moment and use it as a tool among his goons to show off as elections are in process, factually he has made a fool out of himself.Karan Johar may be having the last laugh.

Raj Thackery's children in English Medium Schools and they read "BOMBAY................" Maharashtra Wake up. Please do not allow such third rater politician to enter your life.

However Karan Johar who projects himself as a think tank of Bollywood has harmed Bollywood more by his conduct, and instead of seeking help of the police has knelled down before Raj Thackery. It is a great shame for whole of Bollywood.Karan Johar is promoting Goondaism by seeking help from Raj and thereby creating fear in the minds of Maharastrians in general.The State Government should take action against Karan Johar and the film industry should pass a resolution condemning the act of Karan Johar .

Once the Censor Board has okayed the Film and given it a Certificate, nobody including the Police has any authority to bring down a film from a cinema hall. I condemn the conduct and act of Karan Johar and also condemn Raj Thackery for his cheep politics. This election is the real test for Marathi Manus to discard Raj Thackery and teach him and likes a lesson by not voting for him and his party.

The world leaders have time and again gone on record to appreciate our father of the nation.

US President Barack Obama has said given a chance, he would like to have dinner with Mahatma Gandhi. “It would probably be a really small meal because he didn’t eat a lot,” he said while responding to a question. India is proud of the Mahatma Gandhi and so is India proud for US President Barack Obama.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court Judges unanimously took a decision on 26.08.2009 to declare their personal assets thus setting a high moral and sending strong signals to Politicians and others in setting a high standard and transparency .Let people , association, employees, constitutional heads take a leaf from the initiative of the Supreme Court Judges. It is to be appreciated that their were no legal compulsions nor it was in their service conditions to declare their assets and once again the Hon'ble Supreme Court Judges by their suo moto decision has once again taken lead role in India's path to glory and corrupt free society.
