Observation of Supreme Court of India ,unfortunate.

Hon Markandey Katju J and another, while deciding a SLP in Supreme Court has made a general observation stating therein that Judges of the Allahabad High Court are suffering / affected by "Uncle Judge Syndrome" a general remark against the Allahabad High Court Judges, while singling out a few"without naming any Judge in "General" or "Particular". The Hon Judges further directed the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court to initiate corrective measures.

While appreciating the concern of the Supreme Court, it is humbly submitted that the learned/Hon;ble High Court Judges should submit a memorandum of Appeal to the Supreme Court through the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court for the concerned Judges of Supreme Court to specify the indivisual cases of corruption against each and every Judge of the Allahabad High Court, so that the Chief Justice can take remedial action. If the Supreme Court fails to specify/quantify the cases in PARTICULAR, alternate prayer may be made that the Hon'ble Supreme Court to delete the observation so made in the particular SLP and also the Judges of the Allahabad High Court should take one day casual leave, as a mark of PROTEST against the Observation made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

A Great damage has been done to the reputation of Allahabad High Court and its Judges.One should not forget thte various landmark Judgments pronounced by this Hon'ble Court without fear or favour . The High Court of Allahabad and its Judges , including the practising advocates at Allahabad High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow benches , have become laughing stocks among the litigants of the State of U P. One Should not forget while Hon'ble Markandey Katju J was elevated as Judge of Allahabad High Court,litigants rushed to engage TPS, BP, YA .(hearsay:I donot know the full form)

Admitted her first at a Nursing Home and thereafter on the advice of owner Doctor at Nursing Home at Tagore Town Allahabad shifted /admitted her on 19.11.10 at Moti Lal Medical College Allahabad in Private Ward 1/2. after getting her Parcha prepared for O P D 1/43 and Proff & Dr D C Srivastava Orthpaedician in the aforesaid Medical College for treatment as doctors have advised surgery.

Indian Stock Market is booming ,once again. Majority of the Investors and specially the high networth investors have been waiting on the sidelines for the market to correct since the debacle of the market in the year 2008. It is regretfully submitted that people at large could not participate in this rally, hoping the markets shall correct, which till date it has not.

THE FIIs have invested heavily in the in the Indian Stock Market on a continuous basis.

According to my view , the reasons are manifold.In a nutshell, One strong reason is the weakening of the dollar, other being the slow to negligible economic recovery in USA after the economic depression of 2008, so much so they have announced to buy Tresuries Bill for 600 Billion US Dollars , with the intention to save the economic and also to prevent failures of the Banks in America.

As long as fundamentals of US economic show weakness investment in India shall pour. The moment US shows improvement in its fundamentals ,FIIs shall disinvest in Indian bources and the markets shall then correct ,( and it is here where the investors are to be cautious and invest keeping their eyes open and give ear to valuable economic news, reports etc , and also to book profits) and invest in USA , to participate aggressively to multiply their money. Ram Janam Bhumi Issue

The whole nation welcomed the decision in the Ram Janam Bhumi Case presided over by the Special Bench Presided over by three Hon'ble Judges of the Allahabad High Court Lucknow Bench and there was a split verdict of 2-1 . The aggrieved party Waqf Board and Nirmohi Akhada have both expressed their intention to challenge the aforesaid Judgment and order dated 30.09.2010 passed by the aforesaid Bench before the Hon'ble Supreme Court New Delhi .
The matured nation has taken the judgment in its stride and the nation at large was calm.
Except Mulayam Singh Yadav for obvious reasons all political leaders have in their respective statements pledged to abide by the decision , and as they feel that the Judgment is not final and there is an order of status quo for 90 days, the aggrieved party can avail legal remedy against the aforesaid judgment before the Hon. Apex Court.
