It is a matter of regret that Smt Reeta Bahuguna Joshi President of the U.P. Unit of Indian National Congress (Indra) has been arrested for making a statement allegedly against Mayawati U.P Chief Minister ,in Moradabad. An FIR has been registered against her at Moradabad u/s 504,506 IPC and under SC/ST Act.Her arrest has been made at Ghaziabad in the wee hours of 15th/16th July 2009. Instead of letting the law to take its own course, the Chief Minister of U. P. baffled and puzzled by her party losses at the hands of the Congress ,in U. P, is out to settle political score. Her conduct, is to be condemned by one and all. Her highhandedness , through goons enrolled in her Party, sent by her party, her own partymen ,in collusion with Ms. Mayawati, to ablaze Smt Reeta Bahuguna Joshi house,and belongings including vehicles parked outside her house.Politics in U.P. is dirty and no doubt Ms. Mayawati is filthy. Let the Nation condemn U.P. Chief Ministers act. Misuse of Power. It would be not out of place if the Union Cabinet takes a decision to impose Article 356 of the Constitution of India ,and thereafter recommends to the President of Indida to dissolve the U.P Assembly and order for fresh election of the State Legislature.
