What actually Rita Bahuguna Joshi meant !

There is nothing wrong in Rita Bahuguna Joshi's statement. She was only driving a point by giving an example ,if Ms. Mayawati is caught , in such a situation she will compensate her with Rs.1.00 Crore What she actually meant was ,the amount given as compensation, to the outraged victim was less. So what the ho Halla ! To a crude Chief Minister, a crude answer.

At the first instance Ms. Sonia Gandhi has disapproved Ms. Bahuguna's statement.Even Congress Spokesperson has disassociated Congress from the statement made by Ms Joshi, insisting , the statement of Rita Bahuguna is in her indivisual capacity and not that of the Congress party. Congress has been fighting for the Cause of Dalits since 1920.
