Rape Case Shiney Ahuja Film Star

Prime Facie the Complaint of the 18 year old women domestic help appears to be correct.

She lodged the Complaint at the Oshiwara Police Station Mumbai against Shiney Ahuja and the same has been registered as Case Crime No /09

Her Complaint is corroborated with her statement u/s 161 Cr P C and also with the Medical Report which confirms penetration has taken place. The Police has sealed the House of the actor, to collect more evidence.

Shiney was produced before the Magistrate who remanded him to the Police till 18th June 09

The Complaint of the victim before the Police ,is not doubted.

The question involved in the instant case is whether a Film Star and that too a successful fim star who is married and surrounded by many girls,fans,women, socialites, and for him to have sex, he can easily avail, and many women would jump to his overtures because of his celebrity stature. (I respect women and so no offence is meant) . Whether the conduct of Shiney is spurr of the moment or due to some intoxication, is subject matter of investigation.

What further requires to be investigated is whether the women was planted at his house by his own relatives ,some 2-3 months back, and he has become a victim of deliberate circumstances.

It is reported in the press that Shiney continuously raped her for months and now she has complained. Whether any deal between the two has not materialised , and she took him to task .

Criminal Conspiracy and outside and deliberate attempt to malign has also to be investigated.

I refuse to believe it has any connection with star rivalry and again I refuse to believe Shiney has promised her of making her a star and then the angle of CASTING COUCH shall creep in.
